LOVE GROW'S PROMISE

All of our plants are packaged safely to ensure they keep their quality when they reach you. You will receive a personalized "Plant Love" to help you grow your new baby and we will always be here to offer you advice, and ensure you have everything you need after purchase to care for your plants.

Please be aware that with every purchase there is a risk of the plant suffering damage during transit.

DELIVERY

Nationwide delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery destination. All orders are sent with a non signature required, if you have specific delivery requirements, please note this on your purchase.

All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Please note, any orders placed after 12pm Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. This is to minimise the risk of your living plant being held in a delivery depot over the weekend without any light or water. We believe this is best for your new plant and you, the customer.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

Love Grows does not accept returns or exchanges, so please choose wisely.

If your plant has suffered significant damage during transit please contact [email protected] within 2 days, with photo's, and we will lodge a claim with our courier provider and aim to provide a refund of your purchase.
